Company background and marketplace

Select Properties was set up in 2000 by Andrew and Kerry Flinn, trading under the name of Select Property Management and working from home, covering the Wiltshire area.

After four years trading from home, Andrew and Kerry decided to move the business to a High Street location, trading from Wootton Bassett as the business soon grew as they took on more properties and landlord’s, covering an area from Chippenham to Swindon, approximately 30 sq miles.

Select Properties are a member of UKALA, The United Kingdom Association of Letting Agents which ensures that they comply with defined service standards and have in place a customer complaints procedure underpinned by an arbitration scheme.  They are also a member of the National Landlord’s Association.
Our experience and expertise together with our proven lead generation strategies is one of the main reasons for our continued growth. Huge demand for our services and products means that we are now in a position to expand our operation further through a franchise network of high performing individuals.
