The Select Properties franchise includes the following:

• Full training which is both office based and on the job. This covers all aspects of running a Select Properties franchise.
• Trading under the Select Properties brand name.
• An exclusive territory for you to trade in.
• Permanent ongoing head office support in all aspects of running your Select Properties business.
• Complete start-up package – including stationary and sales literature.
• Full training – on our company, operations, products and all aspects of running your own property lettings franchise.
• Operations and resource manual.
• A dedicated & integrated web presence and e-mail.
• Upload of properties on Rightmove.co.uk *
• Membership of UKALA, The UK Association of Letting Agents **
• 1000 letterheads
• 1000 dl envelopes
• 200 c5 envelopes
• 500 business cards
• 50 landlord information packs
• 5000 leaflets
• Initial 10 Letting Boards with “let by” slips

Ongoing fees

• There is an ongoing fee of 10% of turnover, payable annually.
• A monthly management fee will become payable if you require additional head office support, dealing with enquires and call handling, this will be negotiated separately, if required.

* Rightmove upload’s will be limited to an initial 10 properties, a fee will then become payable direct to Rightmove

** We will pay for your first years membership with UKALA, you will then be responsible for each year thereafter
